Mail Grab Hook on KCS RPO 30 |

Yes, that is my hand holding up the hook to show you how it works. The hook would snach a bag f}om a pole at a depot and when it snacthes you have to catch it before it drops out from the hook and you lose the mail all over the tracks, which would be a bad thing. |
